Tammy really helped us find a great home in a difficult market! She took the time to print out the listings we were interested in, contacted all listing agents, showed us over 10 homes, and ultimately found our home. She walked us through the entire offer process and also the first home inspection. Because of the home inspection we were able to get a lot of things fixed, even got a new HVAC system installed on the owners dime. She even made herself available to receive some shipments sent to the house (refrigerator, mail, meeting contractors) while we finalized our move. On top of all of that she was very experienced in the VA home loan process, which made our lives much easier. I highly recommend Tammy for all of your buying and selling needs!!

This is the 2nd time that Tammy has helped me buy a home. If you are reading this - its 10/21 and we are still in a pandemic but the the real estate market doesn't care and is on fire for sellers.
